Position Tittle : Senior Interior Designer

Working Hour:  10am – 7pm (Monday-Friday), 10am-2pm (Saturday)

Working Day: 5.5 days

Working Location : Kuchai Lama, KL

Salary Range:  RM4,500 – RM7,000

Interior designers and decorators plan and design commercial, industrial, public, retail and residential building interiors to produce an environment tailored to a purpose, taking into consideration factors that enhance living and working environments and sales promotion. They coordinate and participate in their construction and decoration.

Responsibility

• Consult with clients and stakeholders to define design objectives and constraints.
• Analyze spatial, functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements; create design concepts.
• Communicate ideas through sketches, diagrams, plans; negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
• Specify materials, furniture, and products; detail and document designs for construction.

Requirement:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher in relevant fields; proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; skilled in 3D Max, AutoCAD & Photoshop.
• Independent, persuasive, and results-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate, numerate, target-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
